www.conservasferba.com is a domain owned by FERBA, S.A., with Registered Office in Polígono Industrial El Tapiao C/ Machín, s/n. 26559 Aldeanueva de Ebro – La Rioja.
This Legal Notice regulates the use of said domain.
The use of this website implies that the User accepts the conditions for use included in this Notice. In the event that some services and/or tools offered via this “Portal” require specific conditions to be applied, they can be provided for the User.
Alternately, FERBA, S.A., warns that both the contents and the services in this website and the actual conditions for use can be modified without prior notice.
2. Conditions for use.

In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 on Data Protection in force, FERBA, S.A. informs you that the website Users’ personal data will be included and processed in a file owned by FERBA, S.A. and that it will be exclusively managed for the purpose described in each form or medium for response. On the other hand, in accordance with what appears in Law 34/2002, dated 11th July, on Information Society and E-Commerce Services, FERBA, S.A.commits to not sending advertising through email without having received express authorisation from the recipient beforehand.
