FERBA Preserved Food was founded in 1950 by Don Jesús Fernández Baroja and Mrs Saturnina Hernandez. This company was pioneer on manufacturing preserved food. The first factory was placed in Autol and it focused their activity in the manufacturing of asparagus, mushroom and artichokes, all of them traditional region products.
In 1975, the factory was moved and was expanded to increase its mushroom and asparagus production and to develop its new syrups line.
In 2003 the company opened its new facilities with 40.000 sqm. In these modern facilities, new technologies are applied to traditional production processes.
With the purchase of Cambra Preserved Food in Cadreita, Navarra, the company manufactures 35,000 tons of products, offering a wide range of local products, traditionally treated and with production processes exhaustively controlled by our quality system.
Its exporting vocation has made that currently almost 80% of the production is sold all over the world, from Europe (France, Portugal, Italy ...) America (USA, Mexico, Ecuador, Argentina ...), Asia (Arab Emirates, Dubai ...), Africa (Morocco, Algeria, Angola ...).
